Large all-inclusive Holiday cottage (except tourist tax and electric car recharging) combining 2 Holiday cottages on the property. 1st Holiday cottage for 15 people: 8x4m heated indoor swimming pool (open all year round) treated with salt for a more pleasant feel. Ground floor: living room (speaker, connected TV), fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (2 beds 90 convertible into 1 bed 180x200), 1 bathroom and separate wc, Pressoir bedroom (3 beds 90, shower room with separate wc), Ecurie bedroom (2 beds 90, shower room and separate wc). Floor: 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x200, 2 beds80x200), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90), bathroom and separate toilet. 1 bedroom upstairs Attic in outbuilding (2 beds 90, shower room and separate wc). WIFI ACCESS. Heating (included in rates), electric on ground floor, reversible air conditioning upstairs. Private 1500 m² garden (portico, table tennis).

2nd Holiday cottage for 8 people. Ground floor: living room (sofa, air-conditioning, etc.) opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, etc.), 9 m² sitting area, 1st bedroom (2 x 90cm twin beds, 180x200cm double bed), 2nd bedroom (2 x 80cm twin beds, 160cm double bed), bathroom with enclosed WC. Floor: 3rd bedroom (160cm bed), 4th bedroom (160cm bed) with air-conditioning, opening onto shower room (hydrojet shower) with enclosed WC. Table soccer. Wifi connection. Heating: electric convectors (included in rates), wood-burning stove and/or heat pumps in very cold weather. 2500 m² garden and 250 m² courtyard, private, enclosed and shaded. Outdoor summer kitchen (bbq + sink). Portico, table tennis, covered shed (not lockable). Heated indoor Piscine 8x4 m (open 03/04 to 01/11) with counter-current swimming and hydrojets. Solar shower.
