4 km from the famous Château de Chenonceau, all-inclusive gîte (except tourist tax) in a restored early 20th-century outbuilding, on a 17th-century property of character, home to the owners, their little dog Maya, their two cats and 4 bed and breakfast rooms. The property opens onto 3 ha of partly wooded grounds. Ground floor (a few steps): living room/kitchen and sitting area, 1st bedroom (160cm bed), 2nd bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom, wc. Baby bed and equipment on request, WIFI connection. Electric heating included in rates. Enclosed grounds. Enclosed property, private parking, closed bicycle garage.

Higgins Très agréable séjour
Très agréable séjour en région Val de Loire. Le gîte est conforme à l'annonce. L'accueil de la propriétaire des lieux était très sympathique. La propriété est très agréable pour son cadre de vie et pour son calme. Le gîte est bien situé pour sillonner la région des Châteaux. Je recommande cette location.

Logement absolument impeccable et très confortable .

Laurent Magnifique gîte dans un beau cadre de verdure
Très bon séjour à la Marmitière. Nous avons passé des vacances en famille formidables. Les propriétaires nous ont accueilli chaleureusement. Le gîte est situé dans un très joli parc. C'est une adresse que nous recommandons.
