Here you'll find peace and quiet on the banks of the Vienne river (approx. 250 m), in a small Touraine wine-growing village renowned for its vineyards and Chinon appellation wine. The owners, who are winegrowers themselves, will be delighted to share their knowledge with you, so that you can fully appreciate the few glasses of Chinon, the fruit of their labor and passion, which they will be delighted to let you taste during your stay. Just 5 km from the royal fortress of Chinon, you'll discover the magnificent rolling countryside of the land of Rabelais and Gargantua. The castles of the Loire, the tufa stone villages, hiking, cycling and fishing on the banks of the Vienne all await your pleasure. A very rich holiday in prospect...
All-inclusive gîte (except tourist tax). Set between hillsides, vineyards and the Vienne river, this bright gîte sleeps up to 10 people in a quiet corner of the Touraine wine country and Loire Valley. Ground floor: fitted kitchen, living room (sofa, etc.), 1st bedroom (bed 160), bathroom, wc. Tres agreable sejour dans cette maison tres bien concue pour nos familles. Les proprietaires sont tres sympathiques et arrangeants. La degustation au domaine etait une belle decouverte des vins. La terrasse est tres spacieuse et l'environnement tres calme.

Daniel Beau séjour
Utilisé pour la deuxième fois consécutive. Très bien situé, proche de Chinon. Accueil agréable et réactive : achat rapide et montage d'un grand parasol pour la terrasse dotée d'une table et chaises pour repas dehors. Joli jardin clos et fleuri. Marie-Laure Delalande est disponible pour tout problème. A recommander.

Kathi H Great place for a large family holiday
The owners are lovely and their initial welcome, done by phone, had all the information we needed. They don't speak any English but, when we met with my school French, we manged to understand one another. The gite is really comfortable and accommodated us all very well. We went over the owners cave and tasted the owners wine which was delicious and bought some red, white and sparkling to bring home to the UK. Being based in one of the best wine areas in France gave us easy access to other wines as well. We also had easy access to the Abbey at Fontevraud and chateaux at Saumur and Amboise and the fortress at Chinon, trips that our grandsons really enjoyed. If we had been there longer there are many more charteax to visit in the local area.
We would definitely go back there again.

Mj Week-end de Pâques
Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires.
Le gite est tres pratique ,accueillant, très fonctionnel.
Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas profité du jardin tres fleuri pour cause de mauvais temps.

gh53 en famille
gîte agréable à vivre, spacieux et bien situé. A 30 mn on a un choix de visites incroyables. Dommage, le soleil est resté caché toute la semaine. On n'a pas pu profiter du jardin. Les propriétaires nous ont proposé une dégustation de leur production. Un moment de partage très sympathique. Nous avons envi d'y revenir.
