All-inclusive Holiday cottage (except tourist tax). Breathtaking view of the river, completely renovated 1956 house with large enclosed garden of approx. 1000 m². The configuration of the site requires the utmost vigilance on the part of parents with regard to young Kids (raised terrace). Access via 5 outside steps. Ground floor: fully-equipped separate kitchen/dining room (fridge/freezer, thermomix...), living room (TV, Bluetooth speaker), separate toilet, double-access shower room (corridor and bedroom) with double basin and walk-in shower, bedroom (160x200 bed, dressing room). First floor: 3 bedrooms with 140x190 cm beds, one of which has a study. Separate WC, shower room with double washbasin and large shower. Wifi internet access. Public parking lot approx. 60 m away and drop-off point in front of the property. Electric vehicle charging station approx. 500 m away. Water park, mini-golf course, city stadium nearby. The South Touraine greenway (42 km in total) is just a few meters from the Holiday cottage. Non-smoking accommodation.
