La Cotterie

In the heart of the Châteaux de la Loire region, not far from the medieval town of Loches (9 km), La Cotterie is a small farmhouse typical of southern Touraine, whose former cowshed has been restored and converted into a guest house.

Here you'll find peace and quiet, as close as possible to the Countryside and its picturesque landscapes, so ideal for escape and relaxation. The many tourist attractions of the Loire Valley (chateaux, vineyards, Futuroscope, Beauval ZooPark, etc.) are a great opportunity to establish your pied-à-terre in St-Senoch for a stopover or a longer stay. Adults and Kids alike will appreciate the green spaces, and animal lovers can enjoy a guided tour of the property's purebred hens, rabbits, dogs and sheep. Bed and breakfast accommodation is available in an old restored building on the property, which also features a self-catering cottage. Each of the three bedrooms has its own private bathroom with toilet. Two bedrooms each have 1 x 180cm bed (convertible into 90cm beds if required). The 3rd is a family room (1 bed 180 convertible into 2 beds 90, and 1 trundle bed composed of 2 beds 80). One is on the ground floor and the other two on the first floor. The Dalhias family suite comprises 3 bedrooms (3 x 180 beds that can be split into 2 x 90 beds, 1 trundle bed) on the first floor of the farmhouse, offering all the comforts of home with its fully-equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom and separate toilet. WIFI connection available in bedrooms. A lockable shed is available on request. Table d'hôtes is by reservation only, to ensure the best possible service. Non-smoking accommodation. Tourisme et Handicap label (mental, motor and auditory) awarded to the Iris room on the ground floor, adapted and accessible, reserved parking close to the room, independent entrance, accessible breakfast and lunch room.
