La Chocquerie

A former 18th-century farmhouse in the heart of the Loire Valley, with its renowned historical heritage and a wealth of leisure, sports and family activities. Young and old alike can enjoy the tranquility of the 3-hectare wooded park, the wealth of flora and fauna, or a peaceful rest in the shade of one of the tall trees. During the school vacations, the little ones can enjoy a large shared playground with a swing set, bicycles, table tennis, trampoline... and the chance to make new vacation friends, while parents enjoy moments of serenity. Each home has its own lawn with garden furniture, barbecue and private parking, all protected by a landscaped screen.

Floor: 2nd bedroom (140cm bed), 3rd bedroom (2 90cm beds), 4th bedroom (2 90cm beds), mezzanine/den, bath, wc. Electric heating included in price. Closed circuit walk 1km (3 ha wooded park). Swings, trampoline, ping-pong table. WIFI Internet access. 2 electric bikes available for hire, subject to availability.
