At the far end of the owners' house (discretion assured), your gîte was completely refurbished in 2024. It's beautifully decorated and well-equipped, with a terrace ideal for outdoor meals and paths perfect for walking or cycling, so you're sure to feel at home. What a pleasure to be in the countryside, yet just a few minutes from one of the jewels of our region, Amboise. This charming town, with its Château Royal, the Clos Lucé, Leonardo da Vinci's last home, and the banks of the Loire where it's so pleasant to stroll, is a delight. You'll also enjoy its market, where people come from far and wide... Chenonceau, Chaumont-sur-loire, Chambord, Blois, Villandry, Chinon and Azay-le-Rideau are just some of the great names within easy reach.

All-inclusive Holiday cottage (except tourist tax) on one level, owners live on site. Ground floor: living room with fully-equipped kitchen (connected TV, 2-burner hob, Tassimo pod coffee maker), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room, separate toilet. WIFI. Wood heating + pellets (included in rates). Private garden of approx. 50 m² on 1.5 ha property. pétanque court and outdoor games for Kids (swing, slide, sandpit). Garage for bikes or motorcycles. Extra beds available on request at €20/day/person (BZ in living room/extra bed in bedroom). Non-smoking accommodation. Village 2 km away (local shops and services). Close to the Loire à Vélo cycle route. Available free of charge: 3 adult Bike / Mountain bikes, 1 adult City bike and 1 Kids bike.
