Its interior ambience, its surroundings magnified by the park's centuries-old trees and the splendid Piscine (usable from June 15 to September 15) - shared with the estate's Bed and breakfast - are its undeniable seductive assets. Perfectly equipped, with a vast terrace overlooking the swimming pool, your Holiday cottage is a truly privileged place to stay. Close to the banks of the Loire, the Royal River, the famous Loire à Vélo itinerary offers unforgettable rides. Perhaps you'd be tempted by a trip on a traditional boat or canoe to enjoy the Loire landscapes in a different way? The Loire's greatest châteaux are within easy reach: Langeais, with its drawbridge still in use, Rigny-Ussé, Azay-le-Rideau, Villandry and its Renaissance gardens. A little further afield, Chinon, Saumur, Loches, Amboise, Chenonceau or Chambord are all sources of wonder. Access by outside staircase (15 steps). 1st level: living room with lounge, dining room and kitchen (fully equipped - Tassimo coffee maker and filter). 2nd level: bedroom (bed 160x200 cm), bathroom with toilet and washing machine. Non-smoking Holiday cottage. Large terrace (approx. 50 m) and private garden (approx. 300 m2). Access (June 16 to September 15) to the property's heated Piscine (10x5m) (shared with the Bed and breakfast). Gas barbecue. Small pets allowed with owners' agreement. NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN.
