Your holiday cottage is perfect for families—the kids will love the dormitory, and both young and old will enjoy the Piscine. Located at the far end of the owners’ farmhouse (with completely separate access), you’ll be staying in a peaceful spot, nestled in a small cul-de-sac. This charming building is a former village “cooperative bakery,” and the owners will be happy to tell you its story. The interior beautifully blends the old with the new, making it an ideal vacation spot for rest and relaxation. Its superb, fully equipped kitchen adjoins a dining/living area—perfect for enjoying delicious meals and unwinding on the sofa with a nice glass of wine. When the sun is out (which isn’t uncommon in our region!), the courtyard is the perfect spot for al fresco dining. The region is brimming with attractions. Starting with the Royal City of Loches, which has won numerous awards for its quality of life, architectural treasures, and its unmissable twice-weekly Market—a must-visit in our region. Beauval Zoo is about 30 minutes away, and Futuroscope is 1 hour and 10 minutes away. Closer by, the village of Montrésor (listed among the Most Beautiful Villages of France) is a true gem, as is Chédigny, a “Garden Village” famous for its Rose Festival. Lake Chemillé-sur-Indrois, also nearby, offers water sports and tree-top adventure courses—ideal for a day of outdoor activities. The Indre Valley also offers bike rides along the “Indre à Vélo” route, which leads to the “Loire à Vélo” route via Chenonceau and then Amboise for the most adventurous and passionate cyclists. Canoe trips, exploring the Vineyards of the Loire Valley, the Brenne Regional Nature Park, and the Haute-Touche Park are sure to amaze you. Not to mention the other fabulous castles: Chambord, Azay-le-Rideau, Villandry, Valençay, Chinon, and Langeais. For prehistory buffs and anyone with a curious mind, the Grand-Pressigny Museum is an absolute must-see. There’s so much to see and do; come for a weekend to get a taste of these treasures, or stay at least a week—you’ll leave with stars in your eyes!

First floor: 1st bedroom (180x200 cm bed that can be separated into two 90x200 cm beds), 2nd bedroom (140x190 cm bed), third bedroom (160x200 cm bed), 6-person dormitory (3 bunk beds), bathroom with tub, shower, and 2 sinks, separate toilet.
The fitness area features a stationary bike, treadmill, and rowing machine. Wi-Fi. Private enclosed outdoor area (courtyard of approximately 200 m² and a heated pool shared with the owners who live on-site—discretion guaranteed). Biker-friendly (secure garage for bikes and motorcycles—high-amp charging outlet available for a flat-rate fee for cars). Non-smoking accommodation.
