The proximity of Saumur and its famous Cadre Noir, its Château, the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud, the largest in Europe, and Chinon and its Royal Fortress make this a more than privileged vacation spot. Access to first floor by steep staircase, 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200), small lounge (reading/games/TV area, bench 80x190), shower room with wc. 2nd floor communicating bedrooms 2 and 3 (separated by a curtain) each with 2 beds 90x200 (or 1 bed 180x200). WIFI. Heating included (heat pump). Approx. 100 m² fully enclosed garden (secure fish pond), wooden barbecue. Loan of 2 bicycles. Free public parking lot nearby. Non-smoking accommodation.
