Our group gîte is located 15 km from Tours, in the heart of the countryside. It will enable you to get together with family or friends, for pleasant moments of relaxation, in the peace and quiet of our property, at the gateway to the main Châteaux of the Loire Valley.

Restored 19th-century cowshed. Holiday cottage of 200 m², ideal for family or friends gatherings. Ground floor: living room (pellet stove, TV, etc.), equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, etc.), 2 quadruple bedrooms (each with private shower room and 90cm Bunk beds), separate shower room, 2 WCs with washbasins. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (each with private shower room and 1 bed 140 or 2 beds 90), 1 triple bedroom (1 bed 140 + 1 bed 90), living room, 2 WCs on landing. Holiday cottage not specifically adapted for disabled guests. Private enclosed garden 1000 m² (barbecue, secure pond). Heating included. Options: final cleaning (€100). No smoking.
