All-inclusive gîte (except tourist tax) in a property where the owner rents out 2 guest rooms. Ground floor: living room with fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, flat-screen TV, minibar). Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200, private bathroom with toilet. WIFI ACCESS. Washing machine available on request. The presence of young children (under 12) is not recommended due to the danger represented by the presence of bodies of water on the property.
