We are pleased to welcome you to our Holiday cottage on the farm, a place of calm and relaxation, facing nature. Detached house.
30 mn from Tours center, 15 km from the A28 motorway, to discover the riches of Touraine (Loire castles, Vineyards, gastronomy) and Sarthe (Le Lude, Val de Loir). Holiday cottage not specifically adapted for the disabled.
Holiday cottage 4 pers (2adults + 2children) at the farm, a place of calm and relaxation, facing nature. 30 min from Tours center, 15 km from the A28 motorway, ideal for discovering the riches of northwestern Touraine (Loire castles, nature) and Sarthe (Loir valley). Ground floor: living room-kitchen, sitting area with wood-burning stove approval, shower room, toilet. 1st floor: 1 bedroom (2 beds 90, bed 160, separated by a sliding partition). WIFI. Electric heating (for the winter period, electric heating is charged at €0.18/kwh . The first 3 kwh are free. We read the meter on arrival). We provide free wood for the stove. Private 1000m² garden (slide, Lake). We offer a billiards room, table soccer, table tennis and other board games. Bed linen included. Non-smoking Holiday cottage. PISCINE OPENING: from 15/05 to 30/09 (heated from 1/06 to 15/09).
Paying pet: €10/week/pet to be paid on site.

FF Séjour parfait entre calme, nature et accueil chal
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un cadre calme et reposant, idéal pour visiter la région et profiter de la nature. Le gîte est propre, bien équipé et confortable, la piscine et les animaux sont un vrai plus pour les enfants. Isabelle et Gérard sont des hôtes chaleureux, disponibles et très accueillants. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Tout était parfait. Le gîte conforme à nos attentes, super bien équipé. Une semaine au calme avec le beau temps pour pouvoir profiter de la piscine.

Corinna Excellent choix
Pour qui aime le calme, la nature, la ruralité, ce gîte, équipé d'une belle piscine, est charmant, impeccable et bien équipé. Chambre très agréable, décorée avec goût et très bonne literie.
Le RDC est un peu plus exigü et ne conviendrait pas à des personnes de forte corpulence ou à mobilité réduite.
La cuisine dispose de tout le nécessaire.
Le gîte est conçu pour accueillir 4 personnes. Parfait par beau temps avec son salon d'extérieur cosy. Moins agréable quand il pleut... ce qui fut notre malchance. Les hôtes ont été charmants.- Cleanliness
