The character of this old farmhouse has been preserved to offer you a warm and welcoming atmosphere, in the purest respect of traditional Touraine materials. Lots of charm, a comfortable country feel, plenty of space for your gîte in the heart of a preserved landscape (organic farming nearby) and on the edge of a forest. Whether indoors, where you'll feel right at home, or out in the garden (on a deckchair or under the covered terrace for pleasant meals), you'll enjoy the pleasures of the countryside to the full. Ideal for nature walks and close to major tourist attractions (Chenonceaux 20 minutes away), the gîte de la Poterie is strategically located (10 minutes from the Sublaines exit of the A85 motorway) to discover the great names of the Loire Valley: Amboise, Loches, Chinon, Tours, Chambord, Chaumont-sur-Loire, Blois, Saumur and the incredible Beauval Zoo, just 30 minutes away! Futuroscope is around 1h15 away.

The Holiday cottage de la Poterie, a restored farmhouse on the edge of the Forest de Loches, is 20 mn from Chenonceaux, 10 mn from the Sublaines exit of the A85 motorway. Ground floor: living room (large fireplace, sofa), kitchen, storeroom, 1st bedroom (1 bed 140), wc, shower room/wc. Floor: 2nd bedroom (bed 160), 3rd bedroom (3 beds 90) communicating with 4th bedroom (2 beds 90), shower room/wc. Baby bed + chair. Central heating (15 €/day). Shady, unfenced grounds of 5000 m² (pond at bottom of grounds, covered terrace). Ideal for walks, jogging and mountain biking. Firewood (€15 per wheelbarrow). Electricity included in rates.

    Havre de paix

    Une semaine reposante dans une nature superbe , à l'orée de la belle forêt de Loches où les balades à faire sont nombreuses (avec cartes fournies au gîte) et les visites dans un rayon d'1/2 heure de route également (Loches, châteaux, villages, caves...)
    Le gîte est spacieux, toutes les pièces sont belles et agréables, de quoi se sentir bien et à l'aise quel que soit le temps (très chaud pour nous).

    La Poterie

    Très beau gîte, décoré avec beaucoup de goût (je compare avec de nombreux autres gîtes, moi qui utilise exclusivement ce type de logement pour mes vacances). Tout le confort souhaité, un cadre champêtre très agréable, un très bon choix que je recommande sans restriction.

    Grand gîte au calme dans la campagne avec seulement le bruit des petits oiseaux
    Bon accueil des propriétaires - point de départ des belles visites - gîte très bien équipé, agencé, et belle surface - nous étions 7 et avons passé un excellent séjour. A recommander -

    Un petit paradis

    Un grand merci à notre hôte pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa bienveillance. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce havre de paix en bordure de forêt. Quel bonheur d’être entouré d’une faune et d’une flore extraordinaire ! La maison est très belle, chaleureuse, très bien équipée et très bien située pour découvrir toutes les richesses de la région.
