This pretty vacation home offers you, in a traditional old house, a living room fitted out and decorated in a modern way, with colors and tones that the light appropriates to make it so luminous that it is really good to live there! Perfectly functional, with full bathroom facilities in each air-conditioned bedroom, this gîte will make your stay easier every day. Outside, a large, pleasantly landscaped private garden will brighten up your sunny days and make your vacation here a success. Your hosts, who live on site, are particularly discreet and will make a point of preserving the privacy of your stay. They will, however, be happy to guide you in discovering the rich cultural, gastronomic and historical heritage of the Touraine region, with its chateaux (Amboise, Chenonceau, Chambord, Blois...), vineyards (Vouvray, Montlouis), La Loire à Vélo, and much more besides!

This large, old restored building houses a very attractive Holiday cottage, as well as the owners' residence at one end. Ground floor: living room opening onto fitted kitchen, wc. Upstairs (air-conditioned bedrooms): 1st bedroom (bed 140, bathroom and wc), 2nd bedroom (1 bed 140, 1 bed 90, bathroom and wc). WIFI connection. Electric heating (included). No special equipment for the disabled. Private landscaped garden of 1500 m², on an enclosed property of 5000 m² with a small pond, petanque court. A small chalet (barbecue, parasol, Kids' play area) has been built for guests to store their bikes. Rates for mid-week stays on request. Options: bed linen + towels (for 1 bed 90: 12 € - for 1 bed 140: 18 €) and cleaning (fixed price 60€). Heating/air-conditioning and electricity included. Tourist tax (not included in price): €1.5 per day per adult. Non-smoking Holiday cottage and pets not allowed.
