Once you've passed through the gate, the little path leading to your Holiday cottage is typical of this part of Vouvray, set against the hillside and home to numerous troglodyte dwellings. It's the perfect location for exploring our region. Ideally located, your Holiday cottage has been fitted out to provide you with all the approval and equipment you need for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Air-conditioning will ensure your wellbeing during hot spells. Small terrace, small garden or large garden (you'll have to cross the road for the latter), you'll be able to choose where to enjoy your outdoor space. Shops are close by, as are the many winegrowers (Vouvray wines are renowned!), the fabulous châteaux of the Loire Valley (Amboise, Chenonceau, Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau, Loches, Chinon) and Beauval Zoo. Ground floor: Living room Kitchen (3-burner ceramic hob), 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed), bathroom with WC. 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200, 1 bed 90+1 sofa-bed). WIFI connection. Reversible air-conditioning (included in rates). Private terrace 8 m2 and another 25m² terrace, with table and chairs +Barbecue, ideal for convivial meals. Opposite the Holiday Cottage, you'll find a garden shared with my other Holiday cottages with Air de jeux such as trampoline, balls, rackets, Hoops with deckchairs (street to cross). Included in the price: Bed linen, towels+towels and heating. 1 private parking space below the parking lot. Non-smoking Holiday cottage, but smoking allowed on outside terrace.
