Baby chair and cot. Heating: wood (€72/stove) and electric (extra depending on meter). Private, unfenced garden 280 m² (portico, ping-pong table, covered shelter). Private pool shared with owners (live on site). POOL OPENING: 16/05 to 12/09. No smoking.

4/5Proprio très sympa, maison super propre, inconvénient : chauffage électrique, il faisait trop froid lors de notre arrivée dans la'maison, le proprio avait chauffe au minimum du minimum. J'aurai aimé qu'il chauffe 2 h avant, à ses frais oui, pas aux miens. Bref 30 euros d EDF du samedi 17h au lundi 11h30, ça pique. Et encore il faisait 10 degrés dehors pas moins 2.Bref on a passé un très bon moment malgré tout, super accueil, 'propreté proprio très sympa, bouteille de chinon a notre arrivée.' très cool

Le descriptif contractuel diffusé sur Internet comporte la mention suivante : Chauffage : bois (72 €/stère) et électrique (en sus selon compteur), et cela a été porté à votre connaissance AVANT la validation de votre réservation. 5/5Real peaceful in the countryside, with the last grapes hanging by the window. Lots of sleeping space, but if you want to sit in the salon with more than 3,4 people it's a bit short of good seats ; an excellent fireplace warms up the room quickly and makes it cosy; for the two of us it was a perfect way to spent a autumn-break in the Chinon-area. Friendly owner lives close by, so any small problem is quickly solved.

Perfect accessible holiday house!
5/5Delightful stay in pretty and well appointed gite - fully accessible ground floor and garden made it particularly lovely for me as a wheelchair user. Lots of crockery and cutlery and a dishwasher made catering for 6 of us easy, and a dining table inside and out gave us plenty of choice. Very peaceful location - nearest bakery and supermarket about 8 minutes drive - great for visiting chateaux. Decoration of the very pretty stone house is attractive, beds comfortable if quite firm, bathrooms fine. 3 lavatories! Owner was charming and gave us lovely flowers from the garden and a bottle of local wine. Pool small but delightful in enclosed area. All in all I would warmly recommend it.
