Close to the village, on a perfectly tranquil property, your gîte enjoys an environment conducive to relaxation and well-being, thanks to its shared swimming pool (heated in season). Its comfort, pretty landscaped garden and facilities (pétanque, children's games) are real assets for your stay. A barrier of trees, shrubs and privacy panels planted between the gîte and the owners' house (a very discreet couple, by the way), means you can enjoy your vacation here in complete privacy. Nearby, the Château la Vallière lake offers supervised swimming in July and August, and a multitude of outdoor activities for young and old. The Châteaux of the Loire also await you: Langeais, Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau, Chenonceau, Amboise, to name but a few. Cultural sites, gastronomy and great wines are a must in our region! And La Flèche zoo is just 30 minutes away...

Ground floor: living room 23 m²(sofa bed, closed hearth fireplace, TV), kitchen 9 m² opening onto covered terrace, fridge-freezer, etc.), shower room(l-linen), wc. 1st floor: 1bedroom(mobile air-conditioning, 1 bed 160, baby bed), small attic bedroom(11 m² with 2 beds 80x200), baby chair, WIFI. Covered terrace and garden (garden furniture, barbecue, swing, petanque area). Kids' toys. Electric heating (extra according to meter reading).11.20x4.20 Piscine (heated from 01/06 to 30/09) shared with owners. Included in price: final cleaning+draps beds made+toilet towels+pool towels+wood for fireplace. Holiday cottage not specifically adapted for the disabled. Owners on site: vegetal barrier of trees and shrubs, plus some screen walls, totally preserve everyone's privacy. PISCINE OPEN FROM 01/06 TO 30/09. No smoking.
