Halfway between Beauval Zoo, Futuroscope and the Loire castles, this Holiday cottage is the promise of a successful stay in Indre et Loire. In addition to its geographical location, which offers a multitude of sites to visit, it invites you to enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation, whether in the outdoor swimming pool, heated in summer, or in the Wellbeing area, where you can book (at least 24 hours in advance) a private duo session in the SPA and/or SAUNA (rates on request). This air-conditioned, all-inclusive Holiday cottage (except tourist tax) has 3 bedrooms, each with private bathroom with toilet and flat-screen TV. Ground floor: living room with equipped kitchenette (induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker). 1st floor: 1bedroom 17m² (four-poster bed 160x200, shower room, wc), 1bedroom 15 m² (bed 140, shower room, wc), 1independent bedroom 15m² with access by outside stone staircase (2 beds 90, shower room and wc). Baby bed. WIFI. Heating (reversible air-conditioning). Unenclosed communal garden on enclosed property (private wooden terrace behind Holiday cottage with dining area/barbecue). To share: Kids' play area (swing, slide, etc., petanque pitch). On-site store selling local produce. Possibility of reserving (at least 24 h in advance) a private SPA and/or SAUNA duo session (rates on request). Non-smoking accommodation. PISCINE OPENING: June, July and August from 12pm to 8pm (weather permitting).
