1st floor: 1 air-conditioned bedroom (28m²) with 1 x 180x200 bed, separable into 2 x 90x200 beds, and 1 x 90x190 bed.
Outside: Partially-covered terrace with enclosed flower garden, 2 tables with chairs, small patio area, 1 plancha (no barbecue).
