A superb tuffeau mansion restored in 2018, your totally enclosed and secure holiday cottage offers spacious accommodation and a garden ideal for lounging or playing for young and old alike. You'll appreciate both the beautiful unobstructed view over the surrounding Countryside and the proximity of Chinon, a jewel of the Loire Valley only 6 km away. This charming little town and its royal fortress make it a must-see in our region. The vineyards that abound in this corner of Touraine will give you the chance to discover traditional know-how handed down from generation to generation. The many winegrowers open their cellars for tastings and presentations of their trade, a true passion. Close to Saumur and its Cadre Noir, the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud and numerous Loire castles such as Rigny-Ussé, Azay-le-Rideau and Villandry, Langeais. Le Rivau, Richelieu and Champigny sur Veude await you. Welcome to the land of Rabelais.

Ground floor: living room (sofa, TV), fitted kitchen (espresso maker, 3-burner induction hob, raclette set, plancha), 1 bed (1 x 140cm), shower room, separate wc, laundry room (1 step from kitchen to laundry room). Floor: 1 bed (1 bed 140), 1 bed (2 beds 90), 1 bed (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90 for Kids), shower room, separate wc. Wifi connection. Baby bed and chair. Heating included in rates. Courtyard 400m2 and enclosed private garden approx. 1500 m2 (6 deckchairs, ball, bowling, table tennis, table soccer, pétanque). Bicycle rental (free delivery possible) in Chinon (6 kms). Nadine Séjour convivial dans un gîte spacieux et calme
Nous étions 8 personnes et avons passé un superbe séjour dans la région de Chinon. Le gîte est très spacieux et bien organisé : chacun a pu profiter de son espace sans jamais être les uns sur les autres. Le calme des lieux, le grand jardin, le terrain de pétanque ainsi que la vaisselle abondante ont rendu le séjour très agréable. Nous tenons aussi à souligner la gentillesse et la disponibilité de notre hôte. Un lieu idéal pour se retrouver entre amis et découvrir une magnifique région.

Snoel Un séjour parfait
Maison spacieuse, jardin immense. Parfait pour notre grande famille.
Le propriétaire est tres prévenant. Il nous a accueilli chaleureusement, à toujours répondu à nos demandes, et offerts légumes et fruits du jardin.

Touraine 2025 vacances en famille
Gîte très bien situé pour visiter le Chinonais (vignoble, châteaux...).
Très beau bâtiment, bien aménagé. Cour fermée avec parking, boulodrome, table ping-pong en intérieur...
Nous avons pris tous nos dîners sur la terrasse.Je recommande ce gîte pour des vacances à la campagne (mais à seulement 6 kms de Chinon).

Gîte très spacieux. Nous étions 8 dont un petit enfant de 3 ans. L'espace de vie était très agréable et le gîte très bien équipé et surtout très bien pensé.
Notre séjour s'est vraiment bien déroulé dans un très bel espace (historique) restauré de manière professionnelle. Bref très beau. Je n'ai pas de remarques négatives à formuler. A recommander bien évidemment.- Cleanliness

Les mayennais Super séjour
Gîte très agréable, propre et confortable, très bien situé dans une région où il y a plein de belles visites à faire !! Très bon accueil et le petit plus pour nos petits enfants table ping pong, babyfoot.... Très Bon séjour en famille.
