Set in an old farmhouse restored in 2019, your Holiday cottage is the perfect place to stay in Touraine and discover its countless gems. Your Holiday cottage is located in the heart of a cereal and market-garden farm: its on-site store will enable you to discover delicious local produce. For nature and heritage lovers, this corner of Touraine is a real paradise: the Parc de Richelieu and the Richelieu-Chinon greenway for cycling are to be enjoyed without moderation! Just 7 km from Château du Rivau and its superb gardens (numerous events throughout the year), and just 20 km from Chinon and its royal fortress, a charming town that's a must-see. There's plenty to see and do in the surrounding area, from castles to leisure parks (Futuroscope...).

Ground floor: living room (sofa, TV), fitted kitchen, wc, laundry room. First floor: 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), 2 bedrooms (each with 2 x 90cm beds), shower room, wc. WIFI connection via fiber. Underfloor heating (included in rates). Not specifically adapted for disabled guests. Unenclosed private garden (terrace, garden furniture, hammock). Rates include heating and electricity. No smoking. Parking available. Another seasonal rental is available in the farmhouse that houses the gîte. On site, open 24 hours a day: vending machine selling fruit, vegetables and local produce from local producers.
