This dream location for reunions with friends or family is an ideal place to recharge your batteries, take a breather and enjoy the many paths on the estate: perfect for walking or mountain biking. Children will love the many outdoor games on offer. And grown-ups will love the boules pitch and bread oven for pizza or fouées (a local specialty) evenings, if you feel like it. Kitchen/living room (sofa, TV, 5-burner induction hob, etc.), 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160 in each, shower room with toilet), 1 PMR bedroom (1 bed 140) , 1 PMR bedroom (2 beds 90 which can be twinned), 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140 in each), 2 PMR shower rooms, 2 PMR toilets. Baby equipment (2 cots, high chair, playpen, baby bath, changing table, crockery). WIFI connection. Underfloor heating (included in rates). Outdoor bread oven. Paradise for nature walks on the 50-hectare property surrounded by farmland. Ponds (carp fishing permitted) on the property 200 m from the gîte, requiring the utmost vigilance on the part of parents.
