Nestled in a peaceful little troglodytic valley, your gîte offers excellent facilities and combines the charm of the tufa stone houses typical of our region with a highly successful contemporary decor. These two hillside houses each have their own kitchen and living room, allowing two families to get together while offering autonomy and independence for those who wish it. You'll be seduced by the quality of your holiday home, perfect for recharging your batteries and discovering the Loire Valley in Touraine, but also the gentle landscapes and exceptional heritage of the Loir Valley in neighboring Sarthe, home of the Le Mans 24-hour race (the famous and no less mythical circuit is only an hour away). The châteaux of Amboise, Chenonceau, Villandry and Azay-le-Rideau await you, as well as Le Lude, La Flèche Zoo and, a little further afield, Beauval. The Château de Racan is just a few yards away and can be visited in summer.

Gîte de tribu, consisting of two houses (sleeping 4 and 6) opening onto a shared, unfenced courtyard. 1st house for 4 people: ground floor: living room with kitchen (sofa, TV), 1 bedroom (1 bed 160), shower room (washing machine) with toilet. Upstairs: 1 mezzanine bedroom (2 single beds). 2nd house for 6 people with WIFI connection: ground floor: living room with kitchen (dishwasher, sofa, TV), 1 bedroom (1 bed 160), shower room with wc. Floor: 1 bedroom (2 x 90cm beds), 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), shower room (washing machine) and separate wc. Electric heating (extra). Unenclosed private grounds and parking 20 m from gîte (small, very quiet road to cross). Very quiet location on the owners' farm (organic pears, apples and vegetables). Small animals accepted with owners' agreement. Private boules pitch, swing and table soccer. Rates include wood, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Heating and electricity extra (according to meter reading 20kwh/day included in price). Non-smoking accommodation.
