In the heart of Touraine, a region renowned for its Châteaux (Chenonceau, Villandry, Azay le Rideau, Chinon, Langeais, etc.) and vineyards (Chinon, Bourgeuil, St Nicolas, Vouvray, Montlouis), you'll be within 20 to 40 minutes of all these historic and wine-growing treasures... and much more besides! The 3,000 m² property is a quiet, leafy site, housing in separate but close buildings your own totally independent vacation nest and the home of the owners (a very discreet couple and their daughter). The owners sometimes pass in front of the gîte entrance to access their vegetable garden or the 3000 m² meadow where they keep 6 particularly sociable goats, which they will be delighted to introduce to you if you wish! You also have immediate access to a hiking and mountain-biking trail. The owner will also be delighted to introduce you to beekeeping, his hives and his honey...

This studio is designed and adapted to comfortably accommodate 1 couple (1 bed 140x190 cm in the ground floor living room). However, an attic mezzanine (3.20 m² standing area, 15 m² floor space) offers 2 single beds (90x190 cm) for up to 2 Kids or 1 single adult (a supplement of €10 pers./day will be charged in addition to the rates shown). Owners' residence on site, next to the Holiday cottage (their house and the Holiday cottage are separate buildings). Ground floor: 21 m² living room with equipped kitchenette, sitting area and 1 bed 140x190. Shower room with WC. Mezzanine accessible via steep, narrow spiral staircase. WIFI. Electric heating (included). Shared laundry room with owners (washing machine, tumble dryer). Small private terrace. 1 parking space in front of Holiday cottage. Secure room for 2 bikes. Loan of 2 bikes on request. Rates include heating and final cleaning. Non-smoking Holiday cottage.
