In Balzac's land, so well described in his novel "Le Lys dans la Vallée", your gîte is ideally located for discovering all that the "Garden of France" has to offer: architectural marvels, vineyards, gastronomy, cycling on the Loire à Vélo or Indre à Vélo itineraries, or canoeing for water sports enthusiasts. The gîte's furnishings and fittings, its small touches of vintage decor and its vast, totally enclosed garden make it a haven of peace for vacations or family weekends. All-inclusive gîte (except tourist tax) located in a quiet hamlet 2 km from the village of Artannes. Garden level: living room (sofa, TV), fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140), bathroom, separate wc. First floor: 1 bedroom (2 x 90cm beds), 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed, 2 x 90cm beds), dressing room on landing next to bedroom, shower room with wc. WIFI connection. Oil-fired central heating (included in rates). Small pets accepted with owners' agreement. 1500 m2 private, enclosed garden. Covered bike or motorcycle shed (lockable) and on request.
