WIFI internet connection. Board games. Electric heating included. Private garden of 70 m² with terrace (the whole is located on the fully fenced land of the owners). From the gite, you can walk down a country path to St-Avertin, a lovely, calm village that's a pleasant place to live in and stroll along the Cher river through the centre(lake, open-air cafe).By foot or by bike, this route can also take you to the Hâtes Woods, a great place for walks beloved by young and old, with its natural setting and animals roaming in semi-freedom. You're also near the Loire à Vélo bike path.
