In the heart of a magnificent estate, serenity invades you and nature offers its generosity as if to enchant you. Your gîte will be the perfect pied-à-terre in the kingdom of the Loire castles, just 30 minutes from Tours and 15 minutes from Langeais.

The beautiful natural surroundings, the forest ideal for recharging one's batteries and the peace and quiet are the key words that characterize this magical place, as if cut off from the world, yet close to the village where you'll find shops and services. You'll love the atmosphere here, ideal for rest and relaxation, hiking, mountain biking and family outdoor games. Wonderful moments await you, and the spaciousness of your gîte, its equipment and its view will be no stranger to you. Of course, the jewels of the Loire Valley are within easy reach: Langeais, the historic quarters of Tours, the capital of Touraine, Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau, Amboise or Chenonceau among the best known, but also the Beauval or La Flèche Zoos are just as magical. In summer, the lakes of Rillé and Hommes offer swimming, water sports and tree climbing. An incredible program awaits you for unique moments in the Pays des Châteaux, land of vineyards and gastronomy.

Owners live on site and other Holiday cottage on property (not overlooked).
Ground floor: living room (closed hearth fireplace, wood supplied), fitted kitchen (3-burner ceramic hob), bathroom, separate wc, laundry room (washing-machine dryer).
First floor: 1 mezzanine bed (1 x 140cm), 1 bed (1 x 180cm), 1 bed (2 x 90cm).
WIFI. Electric heating (included in rates). Private outdoor space of approx. 45 m2 on a 33-hectare estate (many paths on the property).
7-hectare park with deer and fallow deer. Covered shelter for 2 cars, Möllky games, pétanque court.
Non-smoking accommodation. Bed linen rental includes towels free of charge.
