Not far from the Richelieu Chinon greenway, which can be explored on foot or by bike, you'll also enjoy the immediate proximity of Château du Rivau, one of the jewels of Touraine. Your charming gîte, a fully restored former residence, offers spacious accommodation on 2 levels. Original in its conception, you'll enter the night space via a staircase. The lush green setting is the perfect place to relax after your visits and discoveries of our region's heritage. The numerous facilities, the charm of the old stones and the surrounding countryside will provide you with all the well-being you're looking for to make your vacation or weekend a wonderful memory. Between Futuroscope and the Châteaux de la Loire, Saumur and the Abbaye Royale de Fontevraud, you'll be in the heart of the Parc Naturel Loire Anjou Touraine. All inclusive (except tourist tax): heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and housekeeping included in the price.
Owners live on site (house and Holiday cottage not adjoining, independent access and garden), peace and quiet assured.
Ground floor (access via stone staircase, 6 outside steps): living room fitted kitchen (1 filter coffee maker and 1 Tassimo, kettle, teapot, toaster, etc.).
Basement: (access via steep staircase down from living room or from outside via 9 steps down): 1 bedroom (1 x 160x200 bed), shower room, and separate WC (washing machine).
WIFI ACCESS. Electric heating (included in rates). Holiday cottage not specifically adapted for disabled guests. Unenclosed garden of 1000m2 (reserved exclusively for the Holiday cottage) on an enclosed property of 7000 m2. Natural "air-conditioning" thanks to the region's typical tufa stone walls, which protect from the heat in summer. Non-smoking accommodation. The Holiday cottage is not suitable for young Kids.
