Your gîte is situated in the heart of a vast 33-hectare estate, where forest and meadows coexist wonderfully with the animals that can be admired at sunrise and sometimes at dusk. Unforgettable moments that remind us that only nature can offer such magic. Your gîte is spacious and comfortable. Its private, unoverlooked garden offers a superb view of nature, and the estate is ideal for leisurely walks or mountain bike rides. The lakes of Rillé and Hommes are close at hand for refreshing summer activities. The most beautiful châteaux of the Loire Valley, as well as the zoos at Beauval and La Flèche, are within easy reach, so you can discover Langeais and its drawbridge, Villandry and its Renaissance gardens, Amboise, Chinon, Chenonceau or Rigny-Ussé, the château of Sleeping Beauty.

The owners live on site (no opposite).
1st Holiday cottage (l'Érable): Ground floor: living room (closed hearth fireplace, wood supplied), fitted kitchen (3-burner ceramic hob), bathroom, separate toilet, laundry room (washing machine with dryer). Floor: 1 mezzanine bed (1 x 140cm), 1 bed (1 x 180cm), 1 bed (2 x 90cm).
2nd Holiday cottage (Le Lierre): Ground floor: living room with equipped kitchen (fireplace with closed hearth, wood supplied), 1 bed (1 bed 140), shower room with toilet, laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer). 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90), bathroom with toilet.
In both: WIFI, Electric heating (included in rates).
Private outdoor space of 145 m2 on a 33-hectare estate (numerous trails on the property). 7-hectare park with deer and fallow deer. Petanque court.
Non-smoking accommodation. Bed linen rental includes towels free of charge.
