You'll enjoy a dream location for two reasons: firstly, for its geographical location at the heart of the Loire Valley's riches, and secondly, for its remarkable setting on a 10-hectare estate, with nature as its backdrop, the magnificent 2-hectare pond for fishing or boating, and the superb swimming pool. This superbly restored former barn offers comfort, charm and tranquillity. Refined furnishings and decor, tasty breakfast (in the pleasant dining room or on the terrace when the sun is out), all the ingredients are there to guarantee a successful stay in Touraine. The great names of our region are within easy reach (A10 freeway approx. 10 mins away): Azay-le-Rideau, Chinon, Rigny-Ussé, Villandry, Loches, Amboise or Chenonceau, as well as the Château du Rivau and the Cardinal's city of Richelieu. Wine and gastronomy are also a must here. You're in for a great time!

The owners offer 4 air-conditioned, character guest rooms on a magnificent 10-hectare estate with heated swimming pool (May to September). On the ground floor, the Acacias room (1 bed 160, TV, shower room and separate wc) offers a private terrace. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, each with 1 bed 160, TV, separate shower room and toilet. Supplement €20 for children over 10. WIFI connection. Wood-burning stove. 2 ha fishing pond (pike, roach, eel, tench, carp). On request: boat trips, bike hire, paddock for horses, washing machine and tumble dryer. Covered bicycle shelter (lockable). 3 bicycles available. Table d'hôtes by prior arrangement with owner, no table d'hôtes in July and August. POOL OPENING: April to October. Bikers welcome. Non-smoking accommodation.
