The heated swimming pool is nestled in a totally enclosed area for optimum safety of the little ones. The panoramic view over the countryside and the Vienne valley, the surrounding vineyards and the proximity of Crissay-sur-Manse, classified as one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France®, will make your stay in the Pays des Châteaux a dream come true. Sylvain and Élodie, the owner-winemakers, will be delighted to offer you a tasting of their wines in their nearby winery. Touraine is associated with châteaux, of course, but also with gastronomy and wines, and here you'll discover an exquisite culmination of Sylvain's passionate work in the vineyards! Chinon and its royal fortress, Azay-le Rideau, Villandry and its Renaissance gardens, Amboise, Chenonceaux, Langeais are all within easy reach...
All-inclusive Holiday cottage (except tourist tax). Ground floor: living room with fitted kitchen (4-burner hob, combined microwave), 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), partly troglodytic living room (sofa bed, closed hearth fireplace, TV) and shower room with toilet. First floor: mezzanine (reading area), 1 bedroom (2 x 90cm beds, convertible into 1 x 180cm bed), bathroom with toilet. WIFI connection. Gas heating included. Ce gite correspond bien aux photos, même mieux. Le coté Troglo du salon avec sa cheminée est vraiment cocooning et très appréciable en cette saison. Le gite est super bien équipé, "comme à la maison". Personnellement nous avons trouvé les matelas un peu trop ferme à notre gout. Ce gite appartenant à des vignerons, nous avons pu découvrir le fruit de leur travail dans une petite cave positionnée dans le salon, une super idée !!
Du point de vue de la situation, nous avons pu visiter plusieurs sites remarquables sans faire trop de route. Nous recommandons ce gite.- Cleanliness

Nichogal An excellent stay
The owners' welcome was excellent. We found the accommodation exceptionally well equipped and very clean. There was even a wine fridge stocked with a range of the owner's wines and other regional drinks. An opportunity to visit his property and taste the wine should not be missed, as his passion for his craft shines through.
The gite was conveniently positioned for the towns and sights we wished to visit. The pool was well maintained and a pleasure to use. The only regret was that we could not stay longer.

Nous tenons à remercier Elodie et Sylvain pour leur accueil chaleureux et leurs recommandations de visites. Le gîte est propre et très bien équipé. La petite piscine permet de se relaxer sans aucun vis-à-vis. Malgré les températures estivales relativement élevées, le gîte reste frais et ce grâce à sa partie troglodyte. De nombreuses visites dans les alentours. Un détour indispensable par la cave de Sylvain qui nous a fait découvrir ses vins (dont des perles) et dont les explications ne manquent pas. Encore merci! Le gîte est décoré avec goût et bien équipé. Il se situe au calme et sans vis à vis.
