Closerie du Puits

Between town and country, on the outskirts of Tours, La Closerie du Puits is a restored 19th-century house offering a well-appointed interior and a vast, beautifully landscaped 100 m² courtyard. On the St Jacques de Compostelle pilgrimage route and not far from the Loire à Vélo cycle route, it's the ideal place to stay for a couple or a child (BZ sofa bed in the living room). The Guinguette in St-Avertin (all summer), the old town of Tours with its half-timbered houses on the famous Place Plumereau, the many Loire castles within easy reach, the many attractions and events in the Touraine region so dear to the Kings of France will delight you and confirm our department's slogan, "Ici, vivre est un art" ("Here, living is an art"). You'll also be 40 minutes from Beauval zoo.

This restored 19th-century cottage sleeps 2 to 3, close to the heart of St-Avertin. Ground floor: living/lounge/equipped kitchen (convertible BZ 2 beds, etc.), bedroom (1 bed 140), shower room with toilet. Baby bed. WIFI ACCESS. Gas heating (included). Private 100 m² courtyard (entrance gate shared with owner). Holiday cottage not specifically adapted for the disabled. All linen + sheets option: €20/bed. Pet supplement: €25 per stay, payable to owner. No smoking. Wood stove optional. End-of-stay cleaning fee: €25.
