This former 15th-century château, surrounded by a moat, boasts all modern comforts while retaining the charm of an exceptional residence. A French-style ornamental garden and vegetable patch are waiting to be discovered. Its location offers proximity to major sites: Loches cité Royale, Chenonceaux, Amboise, Azay-le-Rideau, Villandry, etc. You'll also be between Futuroscope and Beauval Zoo.
Relaxation area with Jacuzzi and private, covered, heated Piscine (9x4x1.50m) open all year round EXCEPT FROM DECEMBER TO THE END OF FEBRUARY (except during school vacations).
Ground floor: linen room, 1bedroom (bed 140, bed90 with shower room and separate wc). Access to living rooms via outside staircase, lounge (2 sofas, stereo), fitted kitchen, 1bed (bed 160, shower room), 1bed (3 beds 90),1bed (1 bed 140), bathroom, WC. 2nd floor: 1bed (1 bed 140 canopy), 1bed (1 bed 160 separable into 2 beds 80), shower room/WC. Baby bed+chair. WIFI. Underfloor heating (additional consumption depends on weather conditions and use of relaxation area). Unenclosed 2000m² garden (covered shelter, shower room). The charm of the presence of water will require the utmost vigilance for the safety of young Kids. ELECTRICITY BILLED AT THE END OF THE STAY ACCORDING TO CONSUMPTION (on average around €15/day in summer and €25/day in winter). Relaxation area (Spa and Piscine). Non-smoking Holiday cottage. 2 electric vehicle charging stations on site.

Fréhel Week-end d'anniversaire
Nous avons passé un week-end dans ce gîte pour fêter un anniversaire en famille. Un peu inquiète au départ sur l'état du château, nous avons tout de suite été rassurés : chaleur douce (on était fin novembre), prestations de qualité (salles d’eau, literie, cuisine) et surtout l'espace bien être (superbe piscine, sauna et jacuzzi). Au total nous étions 11 sans etre les uns sur les autres. Au dehors, le jardin doit être très agréable en été, la vieille tour héberge de nombreux oiseaux, les écureuils se poursuivent dans les arbres et les carpes sont nombreuses dans les douves. L'environnement est hyper calme. Le propriétaire et son père aiment parler de ce domaine récemment reconstruit où nous reviendrions avec plaisir...plus longtemps !

Johan Lieu parfait
Gîte charmant et atypique, parfait pour un séjour entre amis et assez proche de lieux d'intérêt. Accueil et communication avec le proprio nickel. Seul léger bémol, la temperature du jacuzzi un peu froide, même si je comprends la nécessité de préserver la qualité de l'eau. Je recommande amplement !

Merci pour votre excellent commentaire. Concernant la température de l'eau du jacuzzi, elle est régulée autour de 34/35 degrés. C'est une température habituelle et agréable pour la plupart des usagers. Passer la température à 37/38 degrés voire davantage est possible mais l'eau pourrait devenir impropre à l'usage en 24 heures et ce pour le reste d'un séjour. Le jacuzzi a été optimisé d'une part par une filtration à sable et d'autre part par un traitement très de l'eau aux UV mais c'est à peine suffisant pour 14 usagers. Bien cordialement
