Bohème de Loire" is a troglodytic dwelling characteristic of the Touraine region, whose authenticity has been preserved. Enjoy the "natural air-conditioning" of the rock in summer, and the heat-retaining inertia of the rock in winter. Dogs and cats are not accepted: -2 dogs maximum allowed in the gîte, -must not be left alone in the gîte, -must not climb on bedding or sofas, must be clean and well-behaved, -hair must be picked up on departure, as well as any droppings in the garden. -the amount of the deposit is 500€.

70 m2 Holiday cottage for 4 people, all-inclusive (except tourist tax) in Lussault sur Loire, ideally located 5 min from Amboise and 20 min from Tours.
The accommodation is equipped with VMC Double Flux. Our troglodytic house is unique in that every room is open-plan, with several levels of outdoor terraces and a balcony terrace carved out of the rock overlooking the Loire.
Large, fully-equipped kitchen/dining room: fridge-freezer, oven, 3-burner induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, senseo espresso machine, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, food processor, raclette machine, inertia heating. Laundry room: washing machine, tumble dryer (in the cellar), cleaning equipment, storage unit.
- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, heated towel rail.
- Living room (access to terrace): French window, large window, bench seat, 2 armchairs, LED TV unit, DVD player + DVD, coffee table, board games, comic book.

Bedroom1 with en-suite shower room (toilet and washbasin): 160cm bed that can be converted into 2 80cm beds, closet with hanging space and shelves, bedside tables with lamps, inertia heating, skylight with blackout curtain.
Bedroom2 upstairs with private shower room (washbasin and closed toilet), 140cm bed, closet, cupboard, bedside tables with lamps, inertia heating, large window, small window and French door to balcony terrace.
Outside:100m2 approval garden, 2 terraces, garden furniture, parasol, 4 deckchairs, barbecue.4 adult bikes for hire on request.
Beds made on arrival, Bathroom linen provided (1 bath sheet and 1 bath towel per person), electricity and water included.Umbrella bed, baby crockery and high chair on request.
