    Great stay

    The apartment was within walking distance of the train station and the old town and Place Plumereau. Easy communication with the host for check in and check out. The rooms are larger than I expected.

    Ein wunderschöner Urlaub auch dank der idealen Wohnung, in deren näherer Umgebung alles für den täglichen Bedarf zu bekommen ist. Besonders wertvoll für uns Nicht-Autofahrer die Nähe zum Bahnhof.

    TRès bien

    Excellente localisation (centre vieux Tours, proche gare, parking et place Plumereau; très bon centre pour visiter les châteaux de la Loire), excellent accueil de la propriétaire; propreté à améliorer ainsi que le confort douche et sanitaires, ainsi que 2è chambre un peu "spartiate" (en fait, plus salle de télé/bureau avec lit individuel). Très bon suivi (fiable) de l'agence.

    Merci beaucoup pour votre retour globalement très positif, pour votre recommandation-à-un-ami et pour avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié la localisation idéale du logement, l'accueil, ainsi que le suivi de l'agence. Je suis désolée pour votre ressenti sur la propreté, cela est vraiment exceptionnel ! Vous avez en effet demandé à arriver 2 heures plus tôt que prévu et en parallèle les locataires précédents sont partis plus tard. Je n'ai donc effectivement pas pu faire le ménage comme il est fait habituellement et comme vous l'auriez trouvé si vous étiez arrivés à l'heure prévue au contrat... vous lirez sur tous les autres avis la qualité habituelle du nettoyage et de la propreté. Concernant la seconde chambre, elle est très spacieuse (25 m²) et offre absolument tout le confort attendu dans une chambre… je me permets donc de corriger votre remarque en affirmant qu'elle n'a rien de spartiate, elle est plutôt polyvalente avec son coin bureau dont elle est également équipée. Les photos diffusées sur le site Internet Gîtes de France sont d'ailleurs parfaitement fidèles à la réalité et à l'ambiance qui s'en dégage sur place. La salle de bain est équipée d'une baignoire confortable avec pare-douche, que l'on retrouve aussi sur les photos du site de réservation. Quant au sanitaire, il y a dans le gîte un WC avec lave-mains... Bien cordialement
