Welcome to Maison Varela, located in Vert-en-Drouais, a charming village in the Eure-et-Loir region of France, ideally situated for a green getaway while remaining close to major tourist attractions. Here, peace and quiet reign supreme: a peaceful, unoverlooked environment conducive to relaxing and sharing time with family and friends. It's a haven of peace at the gateway to Normandy and Ile-de-France! The Holiday cottage is just 10 km from Dreux, famous for its Chapelle Royale and lively town center, 25 km from Houdan and its famous Market, 45 km from Chartres and its UNESCO-listed cathedral, and around 75 km from Paris, perfect for a weekend getaway or extended vacation. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the bike rides, country lanes and bucolic landscapes of the surrounding area. The region lends itself equally well to cultural discoveries and moments of relaxation, far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Set in a large wooded plot, the Varela house offers spacious accommodation and a warm atmosphere. You'll enjoy a detached house with its own barn, guaranteeing absolute tranquility and total freedom during your stay.

On the first floor, you'll find a kitchen, a dining room, a cosy bedroom separated from the living room by a sliding door, and a shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet.

Upstairs, four comfortable bedrooms, all with double beds, fitted closets and blackout blinds, ensure a restful night's sleep. There's also a shower room with shower and washbasin, and a separate toilet with washbasin.

Outside:
You'll find a convivial barbecue for your summer meals, and bicycles are available for exploring the surrounding area.

The house is entirely reserved for travelers, for a completely independent stay. The owners are available around 30 minutes away if you need them.
