The electricity meter is read on the 1st day of entry. A fixed charge of €2/day is paid by the owners. Beyond that, you are responsible for your own expenses.
For stays of more than one month, a cleaning is carried out every 15 days and will be invoiced as of the entry in the places for the reserved period.
