L'orée des champs is a house for 6 people located in the village of Dammarie, south of Chartres. It has many assets: - proximity to Chartres, close to the Châteaudun exit on the A11 motorway, - detached house with fireplace - games: table tennis, pétanque - enclosed courtyard with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and indoor parking.

Kitchen/living/dining room (38 m²) with dishwasher, microwave, oven, sofa, fireplace (insert), TV and wifi access
1 bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed
Shower room, separate WC

First floor:
1 bedroom with 1 x 140cm bed and 1 bedroom with 2 x 90cm beds
Mezzanine with BZ sofa and clic-clac, i.e. 2 beds of 140.
Bathroom, separate WC.

Outbuilding with table tennis, washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, boules.
Enclosed courtyard (500 m²) with lawn, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and indoor parking.
Electric heating (extra charge according to consumption).
Possibility of renting sheets and household linen.
Non-smoking Holiday cottage.
Pets not allowed.

Price includes:
- 8 kwatts of electricity per day: 0.30 and 0.25 kw
- water

Price does not include :
- electricity supplement (depending on consumption)
- supplement for 7th person or more: 10 euros/day/additional person
- bed linen rental unless already added to reservation (2-person bed: 8 euros and 1-person bed: 7 euros)
- cleaning package (70 euros), unless already added to the reservation: mandatory when booking for professionals
- wood for the fireplace (70 euros per stere)
