L'Etabli

Halfway between Chartres and the Allaines toll booth (A10), in the heart of the Beauce region, stands the gîte "L'Etabli" in the village of Demainville. On one level, the owners have completely renovated this house to create a modern and functional gîte. The layout and decoration have been thought through to the last detail. L'Etabli can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a terrace with barbecue and garden table. The gîte does not have the Tourisme et Handicap label, but the owners have designed it to accommodate a person with reduced mobility.

Detached house (67 m²), comprising:
Open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and fridge/freezer
Living room with sofa bed (extra charge for 1 adult or 2 children under 12) and wifi access
Shower room/WC with washing machine
1 bedroom with 1 x 140cm bed (baby equipment available on request)
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm)

Price includes :
- 8 kwatts of electricity per day
- water
- rental of sheets and towels

Price does not include :
- electricity supplement (according to consumption)
- cleaning charge (50 euros), unless already added at time of booking: mandatory when booking for professionals
- use of sofa bed (40 euros per week or 30 euros for 2 to 4 nights)

In the event of a "professional" stay, a cleaning fee will be invoiced by the owners every 2 weeks.
