Halfway between Chartres and the Allaines toll booth (A10), in the heart of the Beauce region, stands the Holiday cottage "Les Semailles" in the village of Demainville. Both the fruit of agricultural diversification and a symbol of the new orientation towards hospitality, the owners have meticulously built this peaceful haven stone by stone, from A to Z. You'll be amazed at the attention they've paid to every detail, while preserving the authenticity of a traditional Beauce house to which they are so attached. The proof is in the pudding! Detached house (53 m²), comprising : First floor: Open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and fridge/freezer Living room with sofa bed (additional bedding for 1 adult or 2 Kids under 12), desk and wifi access Bathroom/WC with washing machine First floor: 1 bedroom with 1 x 140cm bed and oval bath (baby equipment on request) 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) WC

Terrace and enclosed courtyard with garden furniture.
Electric heating.
Bed linen provided (beds made) and possibility of cleaning package (compulsory every 2 weeks for professionals).
No smoking.
Pets not allowed.

Price includes :
- 8 kwatts of electricity per day
- water
- rental of sheets and towels

Price does not include :
- electricity supplement (according to consumption)
- cleaning charge (50 euros), unless already added at time of booking: mandatory when booking for professionals
- use of sofa bed (40 euros per week or 30 euros for 2 to 4 nights)
- tourist tax

In the event of a "professional" stay, a cleaning fee will be invoiced by the owners every 2 weeks.
