Situated in the commune of La Bazoche-Gouet, this town house is ideally located, with all shops within walking distance. It can accommodate up to 9 people, including 2 babies, The house is very spacious and has all the space needed for a family or a group of friends. A lovely, unconstrained electric fireplace is available to liven up your evenings. The gite has smoke detectors in all rooms (batteries must never be removed, for everyone's safety). At the rear of the gite, you'll find a small outdoor area with deckchairs and barbecue, and a table with benches sheltered by an awning. This quiet garden is fully enclosed. A ping-pong table is available in the garage. Cars can be parked nearby in the street, and there is a large parking lot in the village square with a charging station for electric vehicles. The gîte has WIFI access.
