Nestled in a carefully tended garden planted with trees, this haven of peace is the ideal place to recharge your batteries with family or friends. Nearby, you can discover the region's many attractions: Bonneval (5 km), nicknamed the "Little Venice of Beauce", is ideal for an electric boat trip on its canals or a stroll through its historic center. Châteaudun (20 km), with its castle perched on a rocky outcrop, its Foulon caves and the banks of the Loir River, ideal for strolling. Chartres (30 km), famous for its cathedral and its enchanting evening lights, depending on the season. Nogent-le-Rotrou (55 km), capital of the Perche region, famous for its medieval castle and narrow streets full of character; Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the many hiking trails, mountain bike circuits, forest walks and greenways typical of the Perche region. The Holiday cottage Les Mézières offers a warm and cosy atmosphere. This single-storey (80 m²), semi-independent accommodation, adjacent to the owners' house, has been designed to guarantee peace and comfort.

Kitchen/dining room (25 m²): fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, and a convivial dining area for family gatherings.

Living room (22 m²): a relaxing space with TV, DVD player and wifi for cocooning evenings.

1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (90cm),

1 room with 3 beds 90, two of which can be twinned according to your needs.

Bathroom: walk-in shower and washing machine.

Separate toilet for added comfort.

For your approval, a gaming room completes the package: pool table, table soccer and bicycles on loan, perfect for entertaining the whole family.
