Choosing the Gîte des Hirondelles in a hamlet of Saint-Eliph means staying in the heart of the Perche region, near La Loupe, on the edge of the Montécôt national forest. This old farmhouse has been completely renovated by your hosts, with a contemporary spirit in both the colors chosen and the atmosphere of the house. This 95 m² detached single-storey house features an open-plan kitchen, an alcove-like living room, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a cot, the second bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), a bathroom with bath, shower and washing machine, and a separate toilet. Bed linen is provided. The 930 m² enclosed garden awaits you, with garden furniture and barbecue. There's even access to the tennis court (extra charge) and the village's city stadium (soccer and basketball).
