Located in the heart of the Conie valley, Val'Conie Holiday cottages comprise 2 cottages, "L'Épicerie" and "L'Annexe", set in a single plot of over 3,000m2. Accommodating up to 19 people, "L'Épicerie" and "L'Annexe" invite you to an unforgettable getaway in the southern Eure-et-Loir region. Nestled in a picturesque setting close to the Loire Valley and Paris, these Holiday cottages have been lovingly renovated by the owners to offer you a memorable break. Activities nearby: Charming City of Bonneval: Discover the "little Venice of Beauce" with its boat trips on the Loir and electric-assist bicycle rental, just a few kilometers away. Château de Châteaudun: Immerse yourself in history at the Loire Valley's first château, just a short distance from the Holiday cottage. Grottes Préhistoriques du Foulon: Explore the mysteries of the past in these fascinating caves, just a short drive away. Outdoor activities: From canoeing on the Loir to Hiking trails along the Conie, outdoor enthusiasts will find plenty to do nearby. Local events: Don't miss emblematic events such as Bonneval, lumières au fil de l'eau, the Godillose race or the Médiévales Dunoises, for an immersion in local culture. Want to stay? Private parking: A private parking lot is available to park your vehicles in complete safety, with the option of recharging for electric vehicles (extra charge per recharging to be paid on site). Plunge into the Piscine (8x4m), heated (from May to October) with its removable cover for refreshing moments. The Piscine is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. for daily maintenance. Play area: A beautiful stone barn converted into a gaming room: pool table, ping pong table, table soccer, darts, a piano and other surprises! A large private plot of over 3000 m2 with petanque court (8x4m), relaxation area... IMPORTANT: please note that the Val'Conie Holiday cottages are not suitable for very festive events such as "bachelor parties" and other noisy celebrations, which are therefore prohibited. In the Holiday cottage L'EPICERIE (sleeps 15), you'll discover :
A fully-equipped kitchen with a large fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven and microwave.
The living room offers a comfortable space to relax, equipped with a wifi-connected TV, Bluetooth speaker and pellet stove (in winter and shoulder seasons).
One bedroom with a 140x200 bed.
A shower room with WC offers optimum comfort on the first floor.
Separate WC.

Upstairs, you'll find a variety of sleeping arrangements: four bedrooms, including one with a 160x200 bed and a 90x190 bed, one with two 90x200 beds, one with a 160x200 bed and a 70x160 Kids bed, as well as a dormitory with 6 90x190 beds, offer sleeping space to suit everyone.
Two bathrooms with showers and a separate toilet complete the floor to ensure the comfort of all occupants.

In the Holiday cottage L'ANNEXE (4 people), you'll discover :
A welcoming living space where the open kitchen is equipped to meet the needs of cooks. It integrates perfectly with the dining room for convivial meals.
The comfortable, well-appointed living room is equipped with a pellet stove, ideal for creating a cosy atmosphere. The living room invites you to relax, whether reading a good book, watching a film, or simply enjoying the moment.
Private WCs are available on the first floor.
A small summer veranda, offering a 180° view of the outside, is furnished with a snack plan and high chairs; ideal for a coffee break, lunch break or even family playtime!

Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms. The first has a double bed (160 cm), while the second has two single beds (90 cm).
The shower room is adjacent to the double bedroom.
WC is separate.
