Welcome to "Champs Picards," where your hosts, Karine and Fabrice, will welcome you to this spacious and comfortable holiday cottage (150 m²). You’ll have access to a large courtyard for parking your vehicle (shared with the owners) and a private terrace. According to guests, this holiday cottage is “a haven of peace,” ideal for family vacations, get-togethers with friends, and business trips (fiber-optic internet and Wifi Internet). And even during heat waves, the holiday cottage stays cool! Located less than 2 hours from Paris, Eure-et-Loir is the perfect destination to relax in the heart of nature, among its countryside, forests, and the Perche Regional Nature Park. Come visit the surrounding cities and villages to explore their architecture and attractions, such as: - Bonneval, with its ramparts, electric boats, and murals by the artist CVZ. A starting point for hiking, biking, or canoeing - Châteaudun, with its fortified castle overlooking the Loir River, which carved out the stunning Grottes du Foulon (well worth a visit). Explore its medieval and 18th-century neighborhoods! A great starting point for hiking, biking, or canoeing. - Dreux: the Royal Estate in this land of heritage, along with numerous exhibition spaces (art, the automotive industry, military history, and crafts). Its national forest offers countless walking trails. - Nogent-le-Rotrou: the fortified castle overlooks the Huisne River and the lush green hills of the Perche region. A very rich museum dedicated to the history of the Perche and its counts. - Chartres, with its world-renowned cathedral and stained-glass windows.
