On the first floor, you will discover :

A Well-equipped Kitchen: With its large fridge, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven and microwave, this kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals.

Convivial Living Space: The living room offers a comfortable space to relax, with a sitting area equipped with TV, Bluetooth speaker and pellet stove for cosy evenings.

Bedroom: One bedroom with a 140x200cm bed.

Sanitary facilities: A shower room with WC offers optimal comfort on the first floor.

Separate WC.

Upstairs, you'll find :

Sleeping diversity: 4 bedrooms, including one with a 160x200 bed and a 90x190 bed, a bedroom with 2 90x200 beds, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a 70x160 Kids bed, as well as a dormitory with 6 90x190 beds, offer sleeping space suitable for all.

Additional bathrooms: Two bathrooms and a separate toilet complete the floor.

Outside:
Enjoy outdoor living thanks to the 3,000 m2 of private grounds surrounding the Holiday cottage, and its petanque court (8x4m).

Terrace: On the terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a shade sail, ideal for outdoor meals.

Piscine Extérieure Chauffée: Take a dip in the heated swimming pool (8x4m) (May to October) with its removable cover for refreshing moments. The Piscine is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. for daily maintenance.

Play area:
A beautiful stone barn converted into a gaming room: pool table, ping pong table, table soccer, darts, a piano and other surprises!

Private parking: A private parking lot with a charging point for electric vehicles (extra charge).

IMPORTANT: please note that the Val'Conie Holiday cottages are not suitable for very festive events such as "bachelor parties" and other noisy parties, which are therefore prohibited. Thank you for respecting this rule.
