Located in the charming village of Moriers, our Holiday cottage "L'épi Dort" welcomes you for a stay combining authenticity and modernity. 1h10 from Paris, on the Chartres/Châteaudun axis and 4 km from Bonneval, our Holiday cottage offers all the charm and comfort of a large family home for 15 people. With its exposed stonework, wooden beams and quality materials, this fully restored former barn has been open since August 2024. Nearby activities : Just 4 kilometers away, immerse yourself in the medieval charm of Bonneval, nicknamed the "Little Venice of Beauce", with its enchanting canals and picturesque alleyways. Enjoy local specialties in a bucolic setting, then let yourself be seduced by the serenity of this historic City, where every corner tells a story. An idyllic getaway awaits you! Stroll through the streets of Châteaudun, just 15 km away, and discover its impressive medieval castle, or go hiking in the Vallée du Loir, a green setting ideal for rejuvenation. Chartres, with its famous Gothic cathedral listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a 20-minute drive away. Our large Holiday cottage is ideal for vacations with family or friends, where comfort and modernity blend harmoniously with the authentic charm of the Countryside.

Elegant bedrooms : Two bedrooms with double beds (160 cm) are located on the first floor, each with its own private bathroom, guaranteeing privacy and comfort.

Rooms with single beds: One room with two single beds (90x200 cm) and another "dormitory" on the mezzanine with three single beds (90x200 cm) are perfect for kids or groups of friends.

Relaxation area : Take advantage of the gaming room with table soccer and darts, small lounge with sofa, TV and reading corner for Teens and Kids.

Outside, you have access to the entire property (enclosed and secure) with a 1500 m2 landscaped garden.

Access to the outdoor Piscine (8x4 m) heated (May 31 to September 15) and secured by a Motorized Floating Roller Shutter that complies with safety standards.
