The 6-person Le verger gîte is located at the entrance to the picturesque village of Dangeau, where you can also discover the Relais De Poste Saint-Jacques restaurant. It's a detached longère-style house with exposed beams, located at the entrance to the village, on the Ozanne river, in the Loir basin.

First floor:
1 bedroom with 1 x 140cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed (baby cot and accessories available)
1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed
Shower room/WC with heated towel rail

Barn (70 m²) with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Enclosed garden (800 m²) with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, portico and car parking space.
Electric heating (extra charge according to consumption).
Possibility of renting bed linen and cleaning service (compulsory for professionals).
No smoking.
Pets not allowed (or on request).

- 8 kwatts of electricity per day

- electricity supplement (according to consumption)
- bed linen rental unless already added to reservation (2-person bed: 5 euros and 1-person bed: 4 euros)
- cleaning charge (50 euros), unless already added to reservation: mandatory for professional bookings (every 15 days)
- wood for the fireplace (5 euros per wheelbarrow)
