On the edge of the magnificent Châteauneuf-en-Thymerais forest, this gîte is a detached 80 m2 house designed to accommodate 6 people in a hamlet of Thimert-Gâtelles, Le Tresneau. Housed in a renovated farmhouse, close to the farm, it offers opportunities for encounters with nature: walks and bike rides. The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto a comfortable living room of over 20 m2 with an open fireplace and sofa bed. There are 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and a folding extra bed (80cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm). The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and separate WC with washbasin. The 500 m² courtyard features garden furniture, a barbecue, deckchairs and a ping-pong table, where you'll be able to share some great moments.
